Think of it as a further developed version of the MP-20 of the '20/'21 season.

How well they hit and how great they look... With the Mizuno Pro 225 irons, the premium irons manufacturer has packaged the accessibility and forgiveness of the Hot Metal concept into Tour-Ready blades to make these powerful clubs more courseable. The longer irons have extra Tungsten weight for ideal balance and explosive power. The short irons do not have this to improve playability and sensitivity.
The irons are constructed using the infamous Mizuno Grain Flow Forged technique with softer 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel and plated with soft copper and Nickel Chrome (Chromoly 4135 finnishing) as a protective outer layer. This construction guarantees maximum feedback and soft feel, so you feel exactly what happens on impact and do not compromise on the ability to 'shave' your ball flight.
The looks and feel during addressing are also focused on Tour Players profile with a solid Mucleback construction. Mizuno's varying thickness Cortech Face is wafer thin for extra explosiveness and extra metres of flight. As with the T22 wedges, Mizuno have added a Copper Underlay underneath the finish. This layer provides the specific Mizuno soft-feel ball feel which gives more feedback. Suitable for the better golfers with handicap 0-24. Mizuno have outdone themselves again.

These clubs are fitted as standard with the fine, lightweight True Temper Project X TIO steel shafts with brushed finish, along with the GolfPride MCC Plus4 Teams grips but can be fitted with the specs of your choice.
