With the Wilson ProStaff series of golf clubs, this manufacturer targets the segment of beginners and slightly advanced golfers who are looking for excellent golf equipment within a limited budget. This 2019 introduced ProStaff SGi driver is a clear improvement compared to the leading ProStaff HDX series. There is a lot of unbranded junk for sale in this price range, but A-brand Wilson takes care of considerable quality and specifications with these SGi clubs, which is why the brand has been the market leader in this segment for years.

_{The technique}

This forgiving Wilson ProStaff SGi woman's driver has a 460cc head which is finished in light but sturdy titanium. All the necessary features to get around with a driver fairly easily and quickly are on board. Starting golfers need a head with a large sweet spot, a low centre of gravity because that provides the necessary forgiveness. As a result, it is no longer necessary to hit the ball exactly clean for a good result, which is pleasant. 

Clearly visible is that the level of finishing in this low-cost segment has become somewhat neater again compared to Wilson's earlier ProStaff series. Without 'comparing apples with pears' this Wilson driver looks neat and also the graphite shaft that is fitted as standard in this driver performs more than fine in combination. All in all an affordable A-brand driver for golfers with disabilities from 54 to about 18.
