Buying Cartbags: What should you look out for?
With a high-quality cartbag, you choose the most spacious and organized golf bag for your trolley. Unlike stand bags, a cartbag is specifically designed to stand securely and upright on a manual or electric golf trolley. When buying a cartbag, it is wise to pay attention to the division of the top divider. Many golfers prefer a 14-way top where every club has its own slot, which prevents clanking and damage to the shafts. Additionally, total weight, storage pocket layout, and the accessibility of the zippers when the bag is mounted on the trolley play a crucial role in your choice.
Waterproof cartbags for any weather condition
The range of cartbags offers a suitable solution for every golfer and all weather conditions. For those who play year-round – even during heavy rain showers – a 100% waterproof cartbag with sealed zippers is essential to keep your clothing and valuables dry. Furthermore, you can choose from extra lightweight versions that are easy to lift in and out of the car, or luxury premium models made of synthetic leather with extra-large insulated pockets for drinks. Innovative top systems that lock clubs in place to prevent noise pollution on the course are also gaining strong popularity.

Frequently asked questions about cartbags (FAQ)
Is a cartbag also suitable for carrying over the shoulder? A cartbag is primarily designed for use on a golf trolley or golf cart. The bag usually features a single carrying strap to move it over short distances, such as from your car to the trolley. Because a cartbag lacks a pop-out stand mechanism and is heavier, it is not suitable for carrying on your back for a full round of golf.
Does every cartbag fit on every golf trolley? In principle, the vast majority of universal cartbags fit almost all standard 2-wheel, 3-wheel, and electric golf trolleys. However, some bags feature a special recessed base or a strap pass-through channel, ensuring extra stability on specific trolley brands.
