At GolfDriver we take the provision of service and warranty very seriously! We save considerably on the costs of an expensive golf showroom to keep our prices extra low for you. We certainly don't economize on service. For example, you can pick up your order at our office with a warehouse in Schoonebeek. It is also possible with our online chat function to ask questions to our sales team while shopping. Our chatbox can be found on GolfDriver at the bottom right of your screen and is operational for a number of hours a day. If the chat is closed, you can of course always leave a message or call back request.

1. Frequently Asked Questions
1.1. How does GolfDriver Golf Shop work?

The webshop of is easy to use. You choose your products by navigating through the menu or by searching in the search bar by brand, series, or product type. You determine the right size, colour or version that suits your requirements (for example: left or right-handed, the right loft, the right flexibility of the shaft, etc.) and you click on "IN SHOPPING CART". In this way, you collect all the products you want and click on "COMPLETE ORDER" when your order is complete. Then follow the instructions on the screen and determine your shipping and payment method. 1.2. How long is the warranty period

On the warranty conditions of the manufacturers apply. For most products, this means a warranty of 12 or 24 months, depending on the brand or product. This is always mentioned with the product in the webshop. Shipping costs, even in warranty cases, will always be for your account. Under warranty, the product will be repaired or, if the repair proves impossible, exchanged for the same product. If this product is no longer available, the new, comparable version of the product will be delivered. Fortunately, in reality, we see only a few problems.

1.3. When will I receive my order?

The delivery time for each product is indicated in the web shop. Many products are in stock and if you order before 15:00 hours, we will ship the same day and you will usually receive your order the next working day. If a product is mentioned that it is not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 (working) days. As much as 98% of our orders are delivered by the parcel service of DPD within one working week. If you prefer to pick up your package at a DPD Paketshop nearby, you can indicate this in the check-out. Handy for when you are not at home a lot. Picking up at our office in Schoonebeek is also possible by appointment.

1.4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 5.95 but is free with orders above € 100. Shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany costs € 7.95 but is free with orders over € 500. Shipping is done with the parcel service of DPD and can therefore be followed perfectly via the Track & Trace code sent. 1.5. How does the delivery work?

The products ordered at are shipped with the parcel service of DPD. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation and after the first scan of the package by DPD a Track & Trace code will be sent to you with which you can track your order. The orders are carefully checked and well packaged. During the completion of your order, you can indicate where and when you want the order to be delivered. Even if you prefer to have your package delivered to a DPD Pakketshop, that is no problem. You can choose this option yourself in the check-out.
Your ordered products will be shipped insured by default. In case of damage or loss, please contact our customer service a.s.a.p. or create a 'Ticket' in your user account on It is also possible to pick up your order at Norbruislaan 1 in Schoonebeek (NL).

1.6. Can I have it delivered to a DPD Pakketshop?

Yes, that's no problem, at least if your package does not exceed 100 x 50 x 50 cm (then a parcel shop may refuse to accept the package). If you want your order to be delivered in a DPD Pakketshop near you, please choose this option in the check-out. Based on your postal code, our system will display the nearest options from which you can choose. You can then pick up your order within 7 days when it suits you, within the opening hours of the pickup point. If you have not picked up the package within those 7 days, it will be sent back to you. You can send it a second time, but at your own expense, which is logical.

PLEASE NOTE: customers who pay with Klarna cannot use this option. Klarna states in its terms and conditions that delivery must take place at the home address.

1.7. Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, that is also possible. If you would like to pick up your order from our customer service in advance, you are most welcome to do so. Our pick-up address is GolfDriver Europe BV - Norbruislaan 1 in Schoonebeek. Here you will find our office with a warehouse, not a luxury golf showroom.

1.8. How can I return a purchase?

Returning or exchanging products is not a problem, as long as it takes place within 14 days of purchase and the products are in new condition and have the new, original packaging. You can download the return form HERE. If you have tried the products, it is no longer possible to return them at the new price. The shipping costs for returning the products are always for your own account unless you see after receiving your order that you have received the wrong products. In that case, the shipping costs for returning the products will be reimbursed by us. The product must also remain undamaged when you return it, so you must return it well packaged! Please also take into account that if you return the package insured. You are responsible for the return shipment, even if it is lost or damaged. 1.9. What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

If you can't find the product you're looking for in our shop, doesn't mean that it is not part of our product range. There is a good chance that we will be able to offer you the product at a competitive price. In that case please send a message to our customer service and ask your question. 1.10. Do you also supply tailor-made golf clubs?

The delivery of Taylor-made golf equipment is not a problem as long as they are clubs from the current collections. With many of these products, you will find online 'fitting options' where you can specify the length of the shaft, lie angle, and grip thickness you require. Our manufacturers themselves take care of the desired modifications for us, which guarantees quality. As a result, the delivery time is usually only a few days longer than usual. It is not possible to return custom-made golf clubs.
Clubfitting is no longer always possible with a wide range of clubs. Often these clubs are already in the standard version in our warehouse.

1.11. Do I have a guarantee if I get my clubs fitted?

Of course, you always have a guarantee on everything you buy from us. At you can have many products adjusted in specifications. If you modify the clubs yourself or have them modified elsewhere, the manufacturer's warranty will be invalidated by many manufacturers. Replacing grips will only affect the warranty if this has visibly not been done properly. 

1.12. Is there a showroom or pick-up point? is an online golf shop so we do not invest in a large, luxurious golf showroom but in a huge stock that is quickly available. In Schoonebeek (NL) has an office and warehouse where you can see something or pick up your order by appointment. If you prefer not to pay online at the time of order, you can do so at the time of pick-up (please pay in cash). 


1.13. I have a discount voucher. What can I do with it?

For promotions via Facebook and Twitter and when purchasing various products in our webshop, vouchers are given as gifts with a discount code on them. You can use this discount code for an extra discount on your next order. When you enter this code in the appropriate box during check-out, you will see that the discount will be deducted immediately. Please note: discount codes are always valid for a limited period and can only be used once.

1.14. What if my discount code doesn't work? regularly provides promotional discount codes with limited validity. If you have copied the discount code literally, without spaces, and it does not work, it may have expired. Sometimes it is stated that the discount code is only valid above a minimum order value. If you assume that it should still be valid, please contact our customer service.

1.15. How can I pay and is it risk-free?

On you can pay as you wish. Many payment methods such as i-DEAL, PayPal, various credit cards, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Sofort Banking, GiroPay, or Klarna (delivery on account with invoice) is possible. Even a VVV Gift Card or Webshop Gift Card is welcome (choose 'gift cards' in the check-out). Many credit cards automatically insure your order and PayPal offers additional buyer protection, specifically to prevent scams. For some payment methods, we charge a small processing fee (recharge of costs charged to us). Payment with i-DEAL is free of charge. 

1.16. What if the online payment has failed?

Sometimes it happens that an online payment does not succeed at once. If this happens, it is usually due to a malfunction of our payment system (Mollie, PayPal, etc.). If you have registered as a customer and wish to make the payment afterward, you can also log into your GolfDriver account with the details you received from us when you registered. You can then pay for your order online by following the clear instructions on the screen.

If you are unable to pay online, you can also simply transfer the purchase amount to KNAB account IBAN NL81KNAB0258544090 for Europe BV based on the order number you received in the confirmation e-mail. As soon as your payment has been received, we will process your order immediately. On request, we can also send you a payment link by e-mail. 

1.17. When is a defect covered by the guarantee?

The warranty provisions of our manufacturers always take into account the origin of the complaint. A distinction is made between 'improper use' and 'normal use'. If it is clear that the complaint has arisen as a result of improper use, then there is never a guarantee. Occasionally, at our request, a manufacturer provides a coulance. 1.18. Are the clubs you supply 'real' ? does business directly with the manufacturers and official agents and importers. This excludes any risk of counterfeiting. Our own specialists are also able to check every club for authenticity. Sales channels such as Marktplaats, eBay, and Amazon are known as sales channels of copied, forged golf clubs so be warned! These fake clubs sometimes have almost the same appearance but the technical innovative developments are completely lacking so the performance and longevity are much less. 1.19. Are the products always new?

We can be brief about this: newly offered golf clubs are always unused, 100% new. The product is also delivered in its original packaging. If it is a second-hand club, it is clearly described as such. Clubs with a headcover/cover will ALWAYS be delivered with the original headcover unless it is specifically stated that it is missing. All products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

1.20. Do you also repair golf clubs? has no facilities of its own to carry out repairs. If a product purchased from us becomes defective during the warranty period, the manufacturer or importer of the product in question will, at our request, remedy the complaint. Replacement of grips can be done by us on request. 

1.21. Are the original headcovers included?

If the product comes with a headcover (always with drivers, fairway woods, rescue/hybrid clubs, and usually also with putters) it is always included. The only exception is if it is specifically mentioned with a certain article that the headcover is missing. It is also always mentioned in the specifications of products.

1.22. Are all offered products in stock?

Many of the products offered on are in stock in our warehouse in Zwijndrecht. If you order before 15:30, we will ship the same day and (in 99% of cases) deliver the next working day. Delivery to our Belgian and German customers can sometimes take a day longer. The current stock status of each product is clearly stated online. If it is stated that a product is out of stock, a delivery time of approximately 3 to 7 working days applies, unless specifically stated otherwise.

1.23. Is this webshop reliable?

Reliability is important. That is why has been affiliated with Stichting Webshop Keurmerk since 2009. In cooperation with Stichting Consuwijzer and De Consumentenbond, it has drawn up strict conditions for affiliated members. As a result, you as a consumer are well protected against scams and you can appeal to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk in the event of any disputes.
