GolfDriver Europe BV does not take decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example an employee) being in between. GolfDriver Europe BV does not use computer programs or systems that make automatic decisions. However, decisions are made by external suppliers such as Klarna (assessment for short-term financing requests) and by Mollie and PayPal (handling payments).

Provided that you gave us your express consent to it, we reserve the right to obtain information about your identity and creditworthiness using the services of specialised service providers (credit reference agencies).
