Wilson DynaPower 2 Carbon Driver 2025

Last two seasons, Wilson surprised everyone in the golf landscape with their new Wilson DynaPower golf club series. The glorious history of the earlier DynaPWR series and its appealing features were revamped and relaunched. And with great success. Now... 2025... there is the second generation and it is more beautiful, more powerful. Even more appealing, especially in the Carbon Crown version which lowers the centre of gravity for even more power! Even the beautiful headcover is eye-catching!

_{The technique}

A lot of hard work has been done by Wilson in the DynaPWR 2.0 series to improve the stability in these clubs, especially on less cleanly hit balls. A higher MOI (Moment of Inertia) and a lower centre of gravity have played a big part in this. The more flexible clubface and the Open Hosel Construction are also responsible for more ball speed. The driver sounds better at impact than in the previous series and the Carbon Crown also makes a valuable contribution: an even lower centre of gravity, a lighter and therefore more powerful construction for extra power. That extra power is also caused by the Wilson PKR2 Dynamic Face Thickness Innovation which means that with a variable-thickness face, ball speed is maximised without sacrificing forgiveness and stability. In addition, this driver is adjustable in loft over a trajectory of 3 degrees so you can set the departure angle of the ball the height of the ball flight to your liking.

_{Different versions}

Wilson gives the choice with this model to choose between 3 different models. There is the LS, a Low Spin model for the better golfers who prefer distance and control to forgiveness and power. Then there is also the DynaPower Carbon, the powerful middle ground between maximum playability and lots of power. Finally, there is the DynaPower Max driver, the most forgiving variant for starting to somewhat advanced golfers. Plenty of choice!
