These highly powerful, more controllable clubs are particularly recommended for golfers who are beyond ‘slightly advanced’ and are looking for tools to further lower their handicap. Whereas Wilson chose to give the Staff Model clubs in the Blades, XB and CB series a matt satin finish in the higher-end segment, these DynaPower Forged clubs feature a shiny chrome finish... beautiful. Another major difference is that this Forged version offers greater forgiveness than the other three Staff Model series, which in turn provide a bit more feel. It’s a matter of making choices...
The techniqueAccording to Wilson, these Wilson DynaPWR Forged 2026 irons redefine distance with maximum forgiveness. Encased in a glossy chrome-plated ‘jacket’, the use of Forged 8620 Carbon Steel ensures a soft ball-impact feel, just as in the Staff Model series. In addition, ball-speed-enhancing technical features such as Variable Face Thickness, the PKR-CUP Face and the TE-031 Urethane Filled Cavity have been integrated into this 2026 model. Efforts have also once again been successfully made to achieve a lower centre of gravity and a slightly higher ball flight, positively influencing predictability and distance without compromising on control. The impressive result is a beautiful, powerful iron that is highly playable yet forgiving.
Standard versionThe premium Wilson Dynapower Forged 2026 irons are fitted in graphite shaft version as standard with the lightweight UST Mamiya Recoil Dart graphite shafts and Wilson / Lamkin Crossline 360 grips.
