Cobra also brings to the Air-X 2 series a ready-made Combo set that not only consists of irons but also has 2 hybrid clubs as replacements for the longest irons. For the golfers in the target group (starters to slightly advanced players) who find long irons more difficult to handle, this Combo set is ideal. Air-X2 is already a series with easier to play clubs where, in this case with graphite shafts, they are known for bringing more stroke length especially for golfers with quieter swing. Beautiful, forgiving clubs with the flexible H.O.T. Face for more ball speed.

_{The technique} 

With these second generation Cobra Air-X(2) clubs, you can tell by the specifications for which target group they are made: the somewhat larger, "game improving" club heads, a huge sweet spot, a lot of weight at the bottom of the club head and a thin but highly accelerating face make the irons in fact somewhat easier to play. This makes them most suitable for golfers with a slightly higher handicap (18-54).
Also for 2024, some well-known Cobra innovations from the irons and hybrid clubs of this Comboset have been upgraded. For example, the huge Cavity Back (hollow space behind the face) and the large sweet spot (E9 innovation) are responsible for better handling, even if a golfer does not yet have perfect technique. The center of gravity on these irons is placed even lower than in the earlier Cobra Air-X iron series, making it even easier to get the ball in the air. This version also has a slight "Offset" setting making it easier to hit the ball fuller. The forgiveness is maximized because you are not always punished harshly for balls that are hit incorrectly. The ball flight is higher and therefore predictable. Great clubs for a broad target group!
