Cobra Air-X 2 Irons 5-SW 2024 (graphite shaft)

For starters to slightly advanced players, the largest target group in golf, Cobra has introduced the second generation of Cobra Air-X (2) irons for season 2024. These easier-playing clubs, in this case with graphite shafts, are known for bringing more length especially for golfers with quieter swings. Beautiful, forgiving clubs with the flexible H.O.T. Face face face for more ball speed.

_{The technique} 

With these second-generation Cobra Air-X(2) irons, you can tell which target group they are made for by the specifications: the somewhat larger, game-improving club heads, a huge sweet spot, a lot of weight at the bottom of the head and a thin but strongly accelerating face make the irons in fact somewhat easier to play. This makes them most suitable for golfers with a slightly higher handicap (18-54).
Ook voor 2024 hebben een aantal bekende Cobra innovaties in deze ijzers een upgrade gehad. Zo zijn de enorme Cavity Back (holle ruimte achter het slagvlak) en de grote sweetspot (E9 innovatie) verantwoordelijk voor een betere hanteerbaar, ook als men als golfer nog niet beschikt over een perfecte techniek. Het zwaartepunt is bij deze ijzers nóg lager geplaatst dan in de eerdere Cobra Air-X ijzerserie waardoor men de bal nog eenvoudiger de lucht in krijgt. Ook deze versie heeft een lichte 'Offset' setting waardoor u gemakkelijker 'door de bal' slaat en deze voller raakt. De vergevingsgezindheid is daarbij maximaal want bij onzuiver geraakte ballen, wordt u daar niet altijd meer hard voor gestraft. De balvlucht is daarbij hoger en daardoor lekker voorspelbaar. Fijne clubs voor een brede doelgroep!

_{Irons with graphite or steel shafts?}

These Cobra Air-X2 irons 2024 are available with graphite shaft and with steel shafts, depending on your preference. Do you prefer the lightest clubs possible and hate the violent vibration on your hands when you don't hit the ball completely cleanly? Irons with graphite shafts may be more suitable for you than those with steel shafts. Do you hit harder and/or do you prefer heavier, more responsive clubs? Then irons with steel shafts may be more suitable for you.

As standard, these super-lightweight graphite-shaft clubs are fitted with lightweight 55-gram Cobra UltraLite-50 graphite shafts and Lamkin EPDM R.E.L. Men's Standard 58R Grips.
