As with drivers, there are three variants in this series of DS-Adapt fairway woods from Cobra. Of the three, this black-and-blue DS-Adapt X is the one that walks 'the golden mean' between maximum power and playability and maximum forgiveness. Then you have the DS Adapt Max (most forgiving version with light Draw setting, also called anti-slice version) and finally the DS Adapt LS (the Low Spin version for advanced golfers). The FutureFit Adapter 33 Innovation is the most striking new feature in these DS-Adapt fairway woods 2025. Using a QR code on the club head, you can use your smartphone to download an App that very cleverly determines the right setting for you in just a few simple steps. The well-known H.O.T. Face is even bigger in the 2025 version for more speed and accuracy. Improved aerodynamics have also helped generate more speed. In addition, the Internal Adaptive Weighting System brings a better balance distribution to generate more stability, making these fairway woods more playable. In the X-version, there is a medium-high ball flight but you can of course intervene with the loft adjustability.
