These TaylorMade P-Udi Driving irons 2024 bring new possibilities for, in this case, the slightly better golfers. In terms of set construction, driving irons perfectly fill the gap in distance between the driver and the other long clubs. Like previous seasons, TaylorMade makes two different models of driving irons, aka utility clubs: the P-DHY and the P-UDI. Where this P-DHY is the more forgiving club by crossing the characteristics of irons with hybrid clubs, this P-Udi is the more powerful version made of forged 'forged' steel. This makes this 'Tour Inspired' P-Udi most suitable for advanced golfers; and ballstrikers who prioritise 'power and feel' over maximum forgiveness.

_{The Technique}

Forged steel ensures that clubs give more and finer feedback and show more controllability. True pure hitting therefore feels sensational with these P-Udi clubs. These 2024 driving irons feature Individual Mass Optimisation where forgiveness is maximized with a thickness-varying back wall construction, a sound stabilizing bar, and purposefully distributed mass. Techniques such as the Ultra-thin Forged Face (thin forged 4140 steel face) and the extremely flexible Thru-Slot Speed Pocket in the sole bring strength and flexibility while generating tremendous ball speeds across the entire clubface.
Compared to the P-DHY, the sole of this P-Udi is much narrower and has a smaller offset. Users of this type of club do need a decent technical base to take maximum advantage of the technique. The ball flight is low to medium-high with relatively low ball spin and a high degree of controllability. The 26g Tungsten weight provides the ideal balance.
