_{The technique}

Technical features are certainly not lacking in these beautiful PXG 0317 CB irons. Apart from the fact that they look good, manufacturer PXG does everything possible to maximise quality. For instance, they have gone through a triple forging process (3 x Forged 8620 Soft Carbon Steel) which gives them a very pleasant feedback. As a better golfer, you feel exactly what is happening when you hit the ball, which is nice. Also, the Face Hollowed Body Construction provides an 'Excellent Sound & Feel' during ball contact. You feel the power and control. For instance, the patented S COR Polymer padding in the club head increases stability and restraint which provides higher ball speed and more length control. PXG also features the HT1770 Variable Ultra Thin Clubface in these clubs. This face material is thinner at PXG than at any other manufacturer with the resulting flexibility providing tremendous ball speed.
A feature of many PXG clubs is the Precision Weighting Technology with a centrally placed Tungsten weight that optimises the balance in the clubhead. The centre of gravity is thus kept lower on these 0317 CB irons to get height into the ball more easily.
